Consultation - Let’s chat!
We can schedule a consultation in person or over the phone. We LOVE coffee. And we’d love to have some with you if you’re located in the New York City area. Let’s talk about your project. With the details we discuss we can give you a detailed pricing estimate and talk about your project’s timeline.

Time to dive in!
Purchase your custom order and we will start our design process. Depending on the details of your project your first round of proofs will be delivered to you within 1-3 weeks for your edits and approval.

Proofs to make it perfect for you!
We want your design to be exactly what you envision. Three rounds of proofs and those edits are included with your purchase. Additional rounds of proofs can be added on for an additional fee.

Processing, Printing, and Shipping.
Once we have your final stamp of approval, your invitations are sent to our professional printing partner. When they are back from the printer, we go through everything to make sure it is perfect before packaging up for you. All pieces ship flat to you for assembly and mailing. If you would like us to take care of this step for you, let us know and we can include this add on service in your project proposal and invoice.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of our design work, we do not accept any returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds, including deposit fees.
